Canine Lane is based in Aberdeenshire Scotland. We pride ourselves in sourcing simple but high-quality accessories for your skinny four-legged companions; greyhounds, whippets and other sighthounds. We sell online and attend Sighthound specific events around Scotland.

The company was established by Maggie Strzalkowska, her vision for the company was always to sell beautiful, hand-crafted items that are comfortable for both hound and owner and sourced from around the globe. Having taken over the reins we plan to continue this vision and extend our range to suit a variety of hound and non-hound needs.

A little about me…

The day I met a friend’s tall lanky lurcher peeking over the gate my love of pointies began! It didn’t take much to persuade my husband Ted that we needed a pointy face in our lives, and in 2013 puppy lurcher Flo arrived from Dorset Dog Rescue. A timid Saluki cross of indeterminate age named Tia was next to join the fold in 2014. Today our furry family numbers five, including Gracey greyhound and Eden the failed foster greyhound. Several foster hounds have passed through our home on their way to their ‘forever happy’ and we continue to support Give A Greyhound A Home.

Alongside Canine Lane we run a dog friendly holiday cottage where pointy faces are always our favourite guests! At Beggshill Bothy there is an enclosed dog paddock for our four-legged friends to run around in safely.
